Abstract
Teachers do not know how to not forget their best-beloved self during their career. Therefore, this research has sought to understand and describe what are the effective elements in achieving the best-loved self in teachers? so that a framework for teaching the best-loved self to teachers can be extracted based on it. Therefore, according to the advice of experts, the participants were selected from the groups of student teachers participating in the Jihadi project of Farhangian University of Yazd, teachers with a maximum of 5 years of experience, exemplary teachers and teachers who retired early or changed jobs using Purposive sampling of an obvious type was determined and then the findings of semi-structured interviews were analyzed with thematic analysis method in order to gain valuable insight from the interviewees. The alignment method was used to validate the qualitative data, The findings include 72 basic themes, 21 organizing themes of the first and second level, which include logic (encouragement of humanistic culture, self-enrichment, development of educational love, etc.), purpose (social-cultural, individual, professional, etc.), content (attitude, skill-scientific and...), teaching-learning strategies (exploratory learning, mutual learning, etc.), teaching materials and resources (technology,...), learning activities (narrative reconstruction, storytelling, etc.) ), space (classroom, group meetings, virtual space, etc.), time (during all sessions, flexible, etc.) and evaluation methods (self-evaluation, peer evaluation, etc.), which by combination of these categories, the curriculum framework based on the education of the best- loved self were extracted for the training of teachers.
