Abstract
The rapid advancement of technology and social changes have dramatically transformed the future of employment and educational needs, highlighting the necessity of identifying key factors in revising university curricula to enhance graduates’ employability. The research method included a systematic review of the literature and content analysis of policy documents. In this regard, 42 scientific articles published over the last decade, related to the future of employment and curriculum planning, were selected and examined from reputable peer-reviewed journals. In addition, key national and international policy documents were analyzed. The findings indicated that the development of soft skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills, alongside technical and digital competencies, plays a fundamental role in increasing employability. Furthermore, effective university-industry collaboration, experiential learning, continuous content updating, and attention to labor market needs were identified as crucial factors in curriculum reform. Accordingly, recommendations for designing innovative and flexible programs have been presented.
